Shape Academy

The crew of the Shape Academy builds all QParks, Funslopes, Funcross and Snowcastles: The offered services range from terrain selection and conceptualization as well as buildup of the desired facility to (digital) optimization over the course of several seasons. Plus, the Shape Academy is the largest specialized shape crew in the world and therefore provides the right staff for the daily maintenance of the fun-facilities of a resort in order to ensure safety and quality day after day. 

You are an enthusiastic winter sports fan and want to turn your hobby into your job? In this case you already meet the basic requirements for a career in the Shape Academy! 

Beginners start out as Maintenance Staff and work their way up to Managing Employees, Park Designers or Project Managers. All experienced snowcat operators can focus on building and maintaining special facilities and master new challenges. The peak of the Shape Academy is formed by the Technical Staff of the Shape Academy which is made up by experienced Technical Managers, Regional Managers and Build-Up Managers. 

A lot of know-how was gained during many winters in which the Shape Academy got to coin the snowy landscapes of the ski resorts. And of course, the technologies that are essential for building snow facilities are also ever developing. All this special knowledge is transferred to all employees of the Shape Academy in theoretical and practical trainings. Furthermore, this certification of employees both ensures the quality and safety standards of the facilities and offers the employees attractive long-term job perspectives in the Shape Academy.
